At OCHO FASHION we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our return policy.
Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you received the goods.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The goods must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
- The original packaging, labels and all accessories must be complete and undamaged.
- The return must be made within the 14-day return period.
Return procedure
- Return request: Please send us an email to ochofashionboutique@web.de to register your return. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Return label: We will email you a return label if this is required for your return. Please note that we will only cover the return shipping costs if the goods are faulty or incorrectly delivered.
- Returns: Pack the items securely and return them to the return address provided. Make sure you obtain proof of postage to track your return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund. The refund will be made to the original method of payment and may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
Please note that some items are non-returnable. These include:
- Underwear and swimwear for hygienic reasons
- Custom-made or personalized items
Defective or faulty goods
If you have received a defective or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible and offer an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund.
